I currently work as a Research Specialist on the DANE study at CHIIS. This study is looking to improve recovery in individuals 65 and older whom undergo an unplanned/emergency surgery and experience an episode of delirium while in the hospital. We have been recruiting for DANE approximately one year now. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management and a Graduate degree in Special Education/Behavior Analysis. Before working for CHIIS I worked at a behavior center with children on the Autism Spectrum, I then worked part-time as a Teaching Assistant for Business Management classes at IU East as well as being a stay-at-home Mom. My husband, Kevin and I are the proud parents of two little girls, Delia, and Frances.
